Doug Lubenow, RHU, CLTC

Doug has been in the insurance industry since 1989, working mostly with Group Benefits and Long Term Care Insurance. Doug is also involved with a Camden Charity-he has been a board member for a few years and he is currently serving as the President of Dooley House Properties, Inc. Board of Directors.  He is currently licensed in NJ, PA & DE.  He is a Registered Health Underwriter and Certified in Long Term Care.  He was a regular guest on the Mangan, Ernst & Rankin Daily Financial Talk Show for 7 years (2001-2008).  He has been very actively involved with the Association of Health Underwriters for about 15 years, on the chapter and state levels.  He is currently the Legislative Vice-Chair for the state chapter and the Legislative Chair for the South Jersey Chapter.  He has also been the Legislative Chair for the state and a President of the South Jersey Chapter. 

Melissa Gardner, Director of Operations 

Melissa has been working for Lubenow Agency since 2001 and is a licensed agent in NJ & PA.  Melissa is also active with the Association of Health Underwriters, she has been a member since 2003 and was been a board member from 2005 through 2010.  She served as the Communications Chair and Treasurer.  She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing & Management from Coastal Carolina University.

Diane Pilone, Customer Service Manager

Diane has been an employee since 1996 with over 20 years of experience in customer service and problem solving.  Diane is currectly licensed in NJ.  Her primary responsibilities are administering, servicing and customer relations.  Her main objective is to coordinate, assisit and to facilitate with enrollment, billing and claims issues for the client which entails acting as a liason between the insurance carrier and the Medical and Dental providers.
